“Pre-Seed Call,” POR FESR Lazio 2014-2020

In the 2020-2021 period, Lazio Innova launched the Boost Your Ideas initiative in response to the Covid-19 emergency, which profoundly transformed the social and economic life of communities. Launched by the Lazio Region, this initiative is dedicated to innovators with the goal of promoting innovative solutions for a more resilient and sustainable future, addressing emerging challenges with creativity and vision. The great success of the initiative led to its renewal in 2022, 2023, and now in 2024, with the aim of making it a recurring event to select and enhance innovative proposals aligned with priority themes.

The objective of this initiative is to award a series of prizes, consisting of both training services and financial contributions, aimed at teams, businesses, and startups engaged in the development of innovative solutions, whether products or services. This approach aims to provide concrete support to the entrepreneurial fabric, promoting ideas that can generate positive impacts for the community and the local economy.

Sense4Med actively participated in this initiative, attending all meetings and calls and standing out for its know-how and innovative vision. Our company demonstrated a constant commitment to proposing advanced solutions aligned with the program’s objectives, confirming its relevance in the regional innovation landscape. Through this participation, Sense4Med solidified its role in creating technologies that respond to new social and economic needs, supporting the revitalization and development of the territory.

At the end of the program, Sense4Med won a €5,000 prize in the “Business Development” category, along with a tailored training program to perfect product design and define its business model. The company stood out among the 50 potential winners of the Boost Your Ideas program thanks to the Cl-fast project, a disruptive innovation in the medical technology sector.
